User authentication failed. graph studio

Hi, I am experiencing an error message when trying to open my solution in Graph Studio. The error is a user authentication failure. thanks in advance for your help.

    One thing to check is going to https://tgcloud.io > "My Solution" and verify your box is "up" (ready)

    TigerGraph Cloud stops the box after 1 hour of inactivity. You can turn the box back on by navigating to the "toggle icon" to click "start".
